These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Valyou mobile application and website at morevalyou.com (collectively, the "Service") operated by Valyou, LLC ("Valyou," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Valyou. By creating an account, you confirm that you are 18 or older and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. Certain features, including sports betting research, are only available in jurisdictions where such content is legally permitted.
You must create an account to use Valyou. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at partners@morevalyou.com if you believe your account has been compromised.
Permitted Use
You may use Valyou for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. Val, our AI concierge, is provided to help you discover local businesses, make bookings and reservations, manage tasks, and access information. You are responsible for all requests you make through Val and for verifying the accuracy of any information Val provides before acting on it.

Valyou integrates with third-party services including payment processors, delivery platforms, ride services, booking platforms, and data providers to deliver certain features. Your use of these third-party services is subject to their own terms and conditions. Valyou is not responsible for the acts or omissions of any third-party service provider.
When Val completes actions on your behalf through third-party platforms (such as placing a grocery order or requesting a ride), you authorize Valyou and its service providers to act as your agent for that specific purpose. You remain responsible for all charges, fees, and obligations incurred through those third-party platforms.
Subscription Plans
Valyou offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are billed monthly on a recurring basis. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize Valyou to charge your payment method on a monthly basis until you cancel.
Free Tier
The free tier provides access to all Valyou features subject to monthly usage limits. The free tier is not a trial — it is a permanent tier with limited monthly usage.
Paid Plans
Paid plans provide higher monthly usage allowances. Unused monthly usage does not carry forward except as specified for the Plus plan. Usage add-ons are one-time purchases that do not expire and do not recur automatically.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused usage.
Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days notice. If you do not cancel before the price change takes effect, your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new price.
Text messages from Valyou are optional and are never required to create an account or use the Service. We send them only if you give separate, express consent by providing a mobile number and turning on the "Send me text messages from Valyou" checkbox at sign-up, or the "Receive text messages" setting in your profile. Both are off by default. Providing a phone number on its own does not enrol you.
If you opt in, we send concierge notifications and service-related messages tied to your own activity — for example, a prompt to rate a visit and collect your points, or a reminder that Val can help plan your next outing. Message frequency varies, typically 0-4 messages per month. Message and data rates may apply. These messages never include betting, wagering or odds content.
You can turn text messages off at any time in your profile, or reply STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help. Opting out stops the text messages only — your account, bookings and in-app notifications are unaffected.
This section applies only to sales representatives and applicants, not to members. If you submit your phone number through our recruitment process, you consent to receive calls and text messages about your application, onboarding and sales activity. This is separate from the member text-message program described above and is not part of it. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.
You may submit content through the Service including messages to Val, receipt photos, and profile information ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content. By submitting User Content, you grant Valyou a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, store, and process your User Content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
You represent that your User Content does not violate any third-party rights and that you have all necessary rights to submit it. Valyou reserves the right to remove User Content that violates these Terms.
The Valyou name, logo, app design, and all content produced by Valyou are owned by Valyou, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use, copy, reproduce, or distribute any Valyou intellectual property without our express written permission.
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy at morevalyou.com/privacy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Valyou does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information provided by Val.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Valyou disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Valyou and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to:
In no event shall Valyou's total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to Valyou in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Valyou, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.
Valyou reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any violation of these Terms or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to the Service, other users, or Valyou. You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms in the app and, where appropriate, by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
